Free Parking highlights four urban artists who work in remarkable detail.  Vanessa Ly, who just dropped off her latest skate deck piece decorated with paint marker, will be on hand Thursday night to join the gallery staff for a discussion of her work as well as the various techniques employed in the exhibit.
