~ On Mother’s Day Ristorante Olivio will be serving their regular menu and specials as folllows:

Appetizers
Arancini Martini
saffronarancini, filled with lobster meat, peas, mozzarella & tomato sauce
Marinated Cod Salad with extra virgin olive oil, parsley and lemon, over arugula
Minestrone Spring Vegetable Soup

Entrée
Potacchio
Sautéed chicken and shrimp, with caramelized onions, roasted peppers, rosemary and Marsala wine, tossed with penne

Cioppino
Clams, lobster meat, shrimp, swordfish, calamari and mussels,simmered in a plum tomato and garlic sauce, served over linguine

In honor of Mother’s Day and all the special women in our lives, Ristorante Olivio is proud to be participating in the 13th Annual Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer.

100% of the sales of our Panna Cotta di Cioccolatto will benefit breast cancer research and care. Proceeds raised from the purchase of our dessert will be shared with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer Inc. to be used in fight against breast cancer.

The arrival of spring always brings out the best at Ristorante Olivio. Its time to enjoy fresh spring vegetables, flowers and sunshine.

Here some of Ristorante Olivio’s new menu items:

Homemade ricotta, fresh asparagus, lemon zest and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

Pasta Primavera, with fresh lobster meat, baby zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spring peas and garlic; wow! that is good.

Risotto with shrimp, wild mushrooms, baby spinach, plum tomatoes, garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano

Roasted Cod, panko and parmigiano crusted, served over leeks, baby spinach, capers and garlic, with a splash of white wine.
